Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All orders take a minimum 5 – 7 working days to be shipped after you have placed the order.
International orders take a minimum 14 – 30 days for delivery from the day of dispatch.
All returns must be made and received within 30 days of purchase.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotion are final sale and they are not eligible for return or exchange.
If an item is purchased full price, then purchased again during a promotion or sale, this voids the return of the item purchased at full price and on sale.
Exchanges: We do not hold/save any sizes. Exchanges are processed when your returned items deliver to us, based on the availability we have at that time.
Bodysuits may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.
Swimwear bottoms and swimsuit sets may not be returned or exchanged. They are Final Sale.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at futagrains@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
